My client is activley looking for a CTI & Call Routing Developer to develop call routing strategy using GENESYS URS tool, develop IVR script using the NET Centrex development tool; respect the standard development method used by my clients development team; produce the documentation about the development in order to ensure the good knowledge transfer during the live cycle of the development; provide and update the operational documentation on in order to guarantee the clients high quality of Operational support to the call center; work in cross collaboration with the Operational team in order to ensure best transfer knowledge. Experience required:proven experience in IT operational environment.Deep knowledge and experience in call centre development platform. Knowledge required: IT infrastructure, developer on the call centre platform like: GENESYS URS, AVAYA ACD platform, IVR NETcentrex development tools Skills: Analysis, synthesis, communication, presentation Attitude: Creative, Open minded, Quality driven, delivery oriented Languages: Ideally French or English or Dutch
